((could also mean "trade name", i.e. alias, e.g. "Tricon Global Restaurants Inc. doing business as Pizza Hut")).
The entity may be a quasi-public entity or a cooperative or a tax-exempt foundation or etc. which has a special status under the country's law, and therefore may object to being described as merely a "company". You did not describe the nature of the entity. If a normal commercial s.a. or the like, "company name" is fine.
