Explanation:
We recently had a request for a similar caption from a Colombian document which read:

Sobreborrado... Si Vale doy Fe

This, to me, is only another version of the same caption. Fact is, it means Correction...- Is Vald or just "Valid" to indicate that the official (Notary Public, Registrar, etc) in charge of the document has noted and accepted a correction a given document and approves said correction.

Some countries say Sobreborrado others sobreraspado and still others tachadura. It's all the same.
