Hello all,
I could use some help clarifying the meaning of the following sentence

I include the conversation for context.

I'm confused as to what exactly "puede que haya que sean super flexibles" refers to.

Does he mean (A) 'maybe the reason why ugly women are better at sex is because they are really flexible (B)what he has heard about ugly women being flexible might be true (C) Is he simply saying that there's a possibility that ugly women are really flexible without making any reference to what he has heard or offering any suggeston as to why they might be better in bed.

Would appreciate clarification on this.
Thanks very much

In other words, the "ugly ones" have to attract through performance, since it isn't go to be through their good looks.

agree  James A. Walsh: I would move the '¿no?' to the beginning and render it 'who knows?', and swap your 'it's possible' to 'maybe'; So: 'Who knows? Maybe they have to be really...'

sometimes they could be really open

Explanation:
They could be flexible, tolerant, versatile, adaptable...
Meaning that, since they are ugly, they are saying "Yes" more easily than a pretty one. Hence, they are also more experienced.

There might be some (girls) who are really bendy...

Explanation:
I think you´re missing a ....hesitation... in the original.
