You cow!

Explanation:
This would be an alternative to bitch.

I think "the c word" would be a bit strong in this context.

I must add to my previous comment, that the c word would be too strong if this is an affectionate/joking use of "cabrona" between friends.

However, if the speaker is deadly serious about how much they hate the other person and is angry, then perhaps they would use c**t.

disagree  Henry Hinds: I don't know where "cow" would be used as an insult in English. Maybe somewhere?

-> Very common in the UK. Often with a preceding adjective, "silly cow", "stupid cow", "fat cow" are all very common.

agree  Simon Bruni: A very common insult directed at women in the UK

You f**cking whore

Explanation:
This is a very slang expression, varying in use from country to country and depending on the context.
If this is a positive context then another possibility would be: You lucky bitch!

You suck!

Explanation:
Going off the word just to give an alternative to bitch, which would be my choice. So the translated line could be:
You suck! I hate you.
Seems reasonable for the context.

--------------------------------------------------

The more I think about it, this could be gender-dependent, in terms of whoever is speaking. Cunt or John Garcia's option would be more likely from a man.
If it's a woman speaking, bitch or the you suck option could work.
Another possibility for a woman, taken from Eski's citations, is slut. The word seems to be getting used a lot (by my nieces, for instance, who are both around 20) and I'm getting the feeling it doesn't have an entirely sexual connotation any more.
So "(You) Slut! I hate you!" would be a pretty hurtful thing for a girl/young woman to fling at a friend.
