Spanish to English translations [PRO] Linguistics | | Spanish term or phrase: "at 14" ... "at 19" | This is really an "English-into-English" issue. I've encountered the following footnotes:
"Oliver A. Houck, Environmental Law in Cuba, 16.1 J. Land Use & Envtl. L. Fall 2000, at 14 (2000)"
and right below another footnote:
"Houck, at 19, quoting Agreement No. 2823 of the Executive Committee of the Council of Ministries of November 28, 1994."
Is this a reference to a page number? Boy, do you really have to be into bibliography to know this one.
Thanks. |
