I just have a list of percentages of the different cuts of meat gained from different carcasses, and one of them is "bife alto". I can't find this anywhere! Is it something like a prime rib or something kind of steak??

Try comparing Googled images of BEEF CUTS in EN with those in ES (or FR or PT or CAT or IT, sometimes the terminology is similar)
