In this section of the text. Employees are being asked about their impressions of the consultancy they're working for. The phrase above is followed by this: "la gente con la que trabajo es gente inquieta y la empresa lo aprovecha para su beneficio. Ahora te asignan a un cliente y la responsabilidad a xxxxx es muy limitado" From this I think they mean that those in higher positions make employees become dependent on continuous help so as to take advantage of them to an extent. What do you all think? Thanks again.
