One of the rooms in the Cuban cigar production process, in the conditioning before the leaves are used to make the cigars. This one comes after the wrapper (capa) has been received, moistened and left in the airing room (sala de oreo). Rest room doesn't sound right (more like a US toilet?!):

"Luego se llevan a la sala de oreo, donde se cuelgan para que la humedad se absorba uniformemente. De aquí pasan a la sala de reposo de capa durante un día, para que adquieran la elasticidad necesaria."
