Just to point out two things:
1) The use of "ritmos" for a commitee of this kind is very odd register for this kind of thing. To translate it as perfectly normal business terminology loses that.
2) You have to save something for "rendimiento", which is used even in the local context of your "comisión de ritmos", and unfortunately, "productivity" is really "rendimiento" (both imply a comparison with the input) rather than the pace at which people work, which would seem to be addressed very specifically by "ritmos". Edward's suggestion of "performance" could work if you don't need it for another term in this project.
I frankly still can't get over how odd the use of 'ritmos' is here. Is there any chance at all that it is derived from some special circumstance of this plant? If so, you may find another answer suggests itself. |
