This is a document from a Mexican manufacturer of plastic sheeting. In the final inspection area of rolls that have been produced, the employee is to record the number of ´resaques´or ´doble resaques´ that have taken place during production.

I think Mónica is right, though I don't think this can be established from her reference!
"Resacar" can mean "cut" or "trim", at least in Mexico:

"Una máquina resacadora de polines es un dispositivo que realiza dos cortes o “resaques” en tablones de madera que se colocan como travesaños en las tarimas del mismo material [...]"

"Resaque" is also the word for the indentation in the body of a guitar next to the neck, known in English as a "cutaway":
