(with the) completion of each wave/batch
Explanation:
I see it as each wave/batch of production. The primary materials are collected come to the factory and are processed in one 'wave' or batch....an idea.
Hope this helps

Thanks everyone - I used DrNeil's "batch" and put a note for the proofreader, who was more of an expert in the field. Unfortunately, I have no further feedback on this particular term, but thanks for your help .

execution of orders/order fulfillment (via milk runs*)

Explanation:
*I have to say that this is a long shot and I would present the client a long list of possibilities with inverse translations and examples of each and ask if any fit the bill. My first instinct was to look at a number of websites that explain how RF devices are used in warehouse logistics (the general answer was execution of orders / order fulfillment)., However, when I threw in dairy industry, the search turned up something that is either a complete red herring or, at least, a possibility based on the Spanish description: the concept of "milk runs" (not in the literal sense here): Milk run: Delivery method for mixed loads from different suppliers. Instead of each of several (say 5) suppliers sending a vehicle every week to meet the weekly needs of a customer, one vehicle visits each supplier on a daily basis and picks up deliveries for that customer. This way, while still five vehicle loads are shipped every week, each vehicle load delivers the full daily requirements of the customer from each supplier. This method gets its name from the dairy industry practice where one tanker collects milk every day from several dairy farmers for delivery to a milk processing. http://www.businessdictionary.com/definition/milk-run.html;
firm.http://www.programaempresa.com/empresa/empresa.nsf/0/1dce781...$FILE/anboroperaciones.pdf page 27 and businesslogistics.com/2168/default.aspx?_vs=0_D&file...
Formato de archivo: PDF/Adobe Acrobat - Vista rápida
Implementation of Order Execution System ... Pick-to-Label (full carton picking) via RF Terminals ... Orders are grouped by due date and sectors (milk-runs) ... This concept appears to be used for a wide variety of logistics multitasking. I found everything from pickup/delivery combinations to mixed palets and raw materials collection and distribution.
