En realidad ahora mismo no sé como se puede decir, pero está claro que se trata de un tipo de tornillo, concretamente el tornillo de tipo botador, y además con la cabeza del tornillo de forma cuadrada. P/soleplate would remain in English, as well as the measures. I hope it helps a bit...
