look below Explanation: It all depends. Is this talking about the quality and accuracy of the employee performance at work or the quality and prompt delivery of products? If it is relate to employees, I would translate it... "A work relation based on the quality and accuracy or punctuality..." If it is based on the product, I would translate it...
