special offer/promotion
Explanation:

I've worked in sales before and think either "special offer" or "promotion" would do just fine.

Good luck!

agree  philgoddard: I seem to remember a very similar question recently, perhaps in another language, and I suggested something like "exclusive preview offer". You need to make the customer feel they're being given a special privilege.

campaign

Explanation:
You haven't given enough context to be sure about 'sales promotion' (which it could well be!) - campaign is general enough to cover other circumstances.

neutral  philgoddard: I don't think a company would use this term when talking to a customer. It's a term used by industry professionals.
