This is a semi-guess, but not too wild, I think, in that the expression is found in relation to skin care. "Beneficio" is the most likely meaning for "Bº" that I can think of, and it is a pretty standard abbreviation for that in various contexts. These examples are from economics, but at least they show that "Bº" can mean that:
"(v=valor; bº= beneficio.)"
