black (hot-rolled) coil

Explanation:
Hi Cecilia,

Found a ref. to "bobinas negras" in a European Union doc, bilingual:

http://europa.eu.int/eur-lex/lex/LexUriServ/LexUriServ.do?ur...

The product concerned is also classified into two distinct categories according to its finishing: black hot-rolled coils (hereafter referred to as "black coils") which are the basic product and pickled hot-rolled coils (hereafter referred to as "pickled coils") which, after being hot-rolled, go through an additional surface treatment called pickling.
http://europa.eu.int/eur-lex/lex/LexUriServ/LexUriServ.do?ur...

There's also a glossary here http://www.mtpinc-exporter.com/metals/dictionary/dict0001.ht... that lists black annealing, black oil tempering and black plate, in case you want to have a look at the definitions.

Black hot rolled coil

Explanation:
Hola Parrot !!

agree Carlos Segura: Yes, "Black coil" is a term widely used by the trade. No need for "hot-rolled" since the source text does not include "laminada en caliente".
