I believe "They do not interfere with each other" make the sentence a little easier to read. Furthermore, just in case this is what you were asking, I think "ninguna excluye a la otra" would sound better if you said, "la una no excluye a la otra" or "Ni la una ni la otra se excluyen a sí mismas"
