I can't make out what the 'quien' refers to. The complete phrase is follows:
La presente conclusión es la presentación a la comunidad académica de la nueva contracción matemática, que es quien realiza la contracción al cuadrimomento y a la cuadri-energía, el mismo papel que hace la contracción de Lorentz en la respectiva cuadrivelocidad y cuadrimasa, identificada como “Cuadri-contracción de Cuadri-Lorentz” o sencillamente Cuadri-Lorentz.

Asker: Thanks so much Manuel. I did suspect that there wasn't a person involved and that it wasn't the 'comunidad académica' who does the 'realiza'! Nice to know it's just another case of a not ideally written text.
