I'm NOT a statistician... please help with the proper wording/phrasing just between the [[ ]] below: "Tamaño de la muestra: Para calcular el tamaño de la muestra utilizaremos como análisis principal la concordancia de las dos pruebas diagnósticas mediante la obtención de un coeficiente Kappa (K), considerando las dos variables como dicotómicas (positivo/negativo). Así, con un nivel de significación del 5% y una potencia estadística del 80%, 200 exploraciones nos permitirán detectar como significativo [[un coeficiente K mayor o igual de 0.80 enfrente de la hipótesis nula K menor o igual de 0.49]], asumiendo que en la prueba de referencia obtendremos alrededor de un 15% de resultados positivos."
