Hola colegas, estoy traduciedo un texto al inglés (Medical Abstract) y no se que significa esa "p" acompañada del valor "<0,05". ¿Puede ser "promedio"?. A continuación les copio la oración entera:


Los aspectos clínicos y bioquímicos pre y post- tratamiento respectivamente son: edad 52 vs 51 años, TSH mUI/ml 5,42 vs 1,72, (p<0,5).....
