Se trata de un acuerdo de distribución de productos. Por supuesto que PVP es precio de venta al público. Lo que estoy traduciendo es el descuento del PVP que recibe el distribuidor para poder comercializar y vender el producto. Pensaba usar MRP (Manufacturer's retail price) que se usa comúnmente... a menos que alguien tenga otra sugerencia...

Y si quieres usar "manufacturer", entonces deberías traducirlo como MRRP (Manufacturer´s recommended retail price).

Comprobarás que "Manufacturer´s retail price" no aparece en Google como tal ni una vez, sino que siempre va acompañado de "Recommended/Suggested".
