Spanish to English translations [PRO]
Tech/Engineering - Mechanics / Mech Engineering / laminador | | Spanish term or phrase: embarrador, embarrado | I am translating a quite technical :( document about cold-rolling mills. I am in Spain but not sure of the origin of the document.
In the section on "Threading Pinch Roll" (their title, not a translation), these two terms are used:
La máquina está constituida por: dos rodillos *embarradores*, dos rodillos tractores....
El bastidor incorpora dos rodillos *embarradores* situados uno a continuación del
otro
Un índice y una regla permiten la localización de la posición de *embarrado*.
Los rodillos tractores están reacubiertos de poliuretano mientras los 2 rodillos *embarradores* están cromados.
En posición alta la generatriz inferior del rodillo *embarrado* móvil se encuentra por encima de la línea de paso de la banda permitiendo de esta forma la introducción fácil de la cabeza de la banda.
Una doble válvula pilotada permite bloquear los cilindros en la posición de *embarrado* deseada.
