Googling, I see: stainless steel tank agitator, wine tank agitator, stainless steel agitator tank, stainless steel agitating tank, stainless steel stirring tank. stainless steel stir tank.
Stainless steel tank agitator seems most common, followed by stainless steel agitator tank and stainless steel stirring tank.
