Spanish term or phrase: Soplante Escurrido

This is from a Castillian Spanish manual about wire pickling. The client wants UK English. In one of the annexes, there is a section on a machine that performs an initial drying process on the wire using air.

DESCRIPCIÓN DE FUNCIONAMIENTO
Unidad cuya finalidad es la de escurrir e impedir el trasvasé de liquido entre unidades situadas en línea.

Su capacidad de escurrido (no confundir con secado) va en función de la velocidad que pasan los alambres a través de los ojales y la potencia del elemento soplante.

La unidad debe ser orientada con la flecha impresa en la dirección de los alambres.

According to the pictures included the wire runs through a type of tube where it is blown dry (but not completely dry).

I can't find a good word for this type of machine from texts originally written in English. I'm leaning toward air-powered wiper but thats not quite right. Any ideas? Thank you all in advance.
