Hola. ¿Cómo traducirían al inglés "la actual institucionalidad" en la frase "28 personalidades de diferentes sectores políticos coinciden en que la actual institucionalidad de Codelco "no da para más" y quieren que sea "la gran empresa transnacional de Chile".?

¿Sería algo así como "the current state of affairs"?

creo que "current institutional structure" suena mas especifico que solo "current structure", de cualquier manera la palabra "institucionalidad" no me suena correcta en este constexto tampoco en español.
