Estoy buscando la traducción de serpiginosa en el contexto de una imagen que se visualiza en la tomografía computarizada de cerebro como evidencia de una embolia séptica a punto de partida de un aneurisma micótico de la arteria poplítea (complicación de la endocarditis infecciosa). He encontrado "creeping eruption" como traducción de "erupción serpiginosa" pero no "creeping lesion" o "creeping image" en este contexto.

Tomografía computarizada: sistema nervioso central: múltiples imágenes hiperdensas serpiginosas difusas.

Creo que hay una diferencia sútil entre hyperdense y hyperintense, pero en tu traducción creo que es hyperdense.
