Medical - Medical: Cardiology / patient's report, antecedentes personales
Spanish term or phrase: AC x FA cr贸nica
I have FA as atrial fibrillation, but not sure what AC refers to - coronary artery? ACC occurs later in the Exploracion fisica en UCI, seeming to refer to coronary arteries (patient has arrhythmia, etc.)-? (In Spain)

chronic cardiac arrhythmia (atrial fibrillation)
Explanation:
It couldn't be "cardiovascular" arrhythmia; it has to be "cardiac," which is the ICD term and also has 461,000 refs. What concerns me is that atrial fibrillation is one form of it, like a subcategory:

Atrial fibrillation is the commonest chronic cardiac arrhythmia and is associated with an increased risk of stroke, heart failure and premature death. ...

CA X AF

Explanation:
You don't really need to translate the acronyms--CA..can also mean cardiac auscultation ..usually during initial physical examination and atrial fibrillation (AF)is a cardiac arrhythmia and is the most common sustained cardiac arrhythmia
