Medical - Medical: Cardiology / Physical examination
Spanish term or phrase: No hay LSPEL RsCsRs frecuencia de 75 ppm
It's included in a physical examination report written in Mexico (Breast, chest, heart and lungs section).

Context: "Apex palpable en el 5ºEII, 2 cm fuera de la LMC en decúbito lateral izquierdo. No hay LSPEL..."

What does LSPEL stand for in Spanish? Any suggestion for the English term?

LSPEL does not exist. Could it be a spelling mistake?

Thanks for your help. Your suggestion helped me a lot. Although after consulting some physicians in a local hospital, I decided to translate RsCsRs as "ruidos cardíacos rítmicos" in this particular context. The acronym may also be translated as "ruidos cardiorrespiratorios".
Unfortunately, I could not find any clue as to LSPEI, at least based on the sources I consulted.
