My partner, a cardiologist, thinks this is the most probable expression. Not sure about the translation, could be one of the two proposed.

In Spain, the way handwriting is taught at school, a joint-up \"f\" is written with a loop both at the top and sometimes, though less so, at the bottom. Could what you take for an \"s\" or an \"l\" actually be an \"f\"?

Maybe this is followed up by some sort of recommendation for this area in particular.

If the patient has a multiple condition, then maybe there is a different set of procedures suggested for each (this is only speculation on my part though).
