Explanation:
Hi, Jason,

With a RR= 2 and a temp= 35C, the pt. seems to be gravely ill (from hypothermia?). It appears that "AMV" here stands for "ausencia de murmullo vesicular". Note my medium conf level only because OTOH, the "A" could potentialy stand for "auscultation"-- do you have any more context to sort it out?

neutral  Yasser El Helw: Hi Elena. The patient is on assisted mechanical ventilation.

  -> We'd write that in Spanish as "ARM" (asistencia respiratoria mecánica)- Yet in this case, the pt. may also have AVM (ausencia de murmullo vesicular) ;-) For the translation, I'd stay whith the most common abbreviation: MV (i.e., no "A").
