Buenas tardes.

Es un algoritmo del diseño de un estudio. Significa que en un momento se reveló qué pacientes recibieron droga activa o placebo, pero no encuentro una manera sintética de decirlo. En una oración más extensa lo diría como "after the blinding was revealed", pero no se me ocurre otra cosa.

Very, very strictly speaking, apertura del ciego = unblinding

and desenmascaramiento = unmasking

although from the last reference provided they are synonynous.l
