Por favor su ayuda con la confirmación en inglés británico del carnet de vacunas que se llena al nacer un bebé y donde se registra su talla, peso y vacunación recibida. Este documento es solicitado también por los colegios al inscribir a los niños en etapa escolar.

Personal Child Health Record (PCHR) or "red book"

Explanation:
This is the official name in the UK of a book that we give to all newborns and that contains their birth details, developing milestones, measurements as well as their vaccination calendar from birth to 5 years of age. We do not have a separate card for vaccinations. We all call it the "red book" because its colour (at least in England, I´m not sure about the other countries). Please see links below
