highest, not higher
"rate of occurrence" is fine, but you can keep the word "frequency", it has the same meaning and it can be used in this context.

You can drop the \"epidemiologic profile\" because what you say afterward IS indeed the \"epidemiologic profile\" of the country. Spanish tends to have that redundancy that makes it all sound better, English doesn\'t like that.
