From a document on promoting uniform standards for generics:

"Finalmente es importante aclarar que la propuesta no incluye a los productos biológicos por cuanto debido a su propia naturaleza para estos productos aplican regulaciones particulares. En el caso de los productos biotecnológicos tanto en la OMS como en la OPS **las fronteras de la biosimilaridad** se encuentran en discusión."

'Biosimilarity' isn't the problem; I'm concerned about "fronteras" - thought of 'interfaces' or 'parameters'. Experts, please help me!
