Not much context for this I'm afraid. I've seen the pictures of it on google but can't get the translation. It could be "palomillas (de seguridad) con sistema de vacío.

"Palomillas" are needle wings definitely. You'll find "palomillas" on Proz.com and can then do a google search and find instances of winged needles, needle wings and butterfly needles. The latter seems to yield most positive hits and photos, youtube demos, etc. The sistema de vacío" refers to the vacuum tube system of a needle.
