convenio is used as "agreement" as in "convenio laboral" collective agreement on work and conditions-"convenio comercial" trade agreement, etc.
Concierto- I have often seen translated as "accord"

Asker: Hmm...is this legally correct...? I was thinking of "concerted agreement" for concierto, but it still sounds exactly the same as convenio to me.
