Based on Joseph's comment, I could change my suggestion to:

Not a big deal, IMO, because the whole thing is written is a shorthand style.
I think Jennifer's suggestion is very valid ... when I look up the phrase "pacientes soporte" in Google I find very few examples, and only cases where there is some punctuation between the two words -- pacientes, soporte or pacientes (soporte ...). This word combination doesn't make sense as a phrase, which is why you're justifiably having trouble understanding it!
Could you be working from a translation of a document originally written in English? "Pacientes soporte" sounds like a bad translation - maybe a machine translation - of "patient support".
Actually it's a phrase in itself, and yes it's a title. Then comes the sentence 'Perfil del paciente' as another subtitle and then the breakdown into three types of patients, namely:
