Dictionaries all come up with "model". Can I put "drug"?
Explanation: I really don't think you should put "drug". Model fits perfectly here. They are talking about the R&D model of the company, which focuses only on commercial profit. Alternatively you could put "strategy", but model is really the best option.

I+D is Research and Development, so you can talk about "models", "strategies", "campaigns", etc., but R&D "prescription" or "treatment" (or drug) doesn't really make sense here.
Why not "treatment", if it is I+D? Or prescription?
