- Muestra (testigo de degradación): en un tubo de vidrio de 20 ml con tapa roscada, se colocaron 3 ml de la solución concentrada e incorporaron 9 ml de agua destilada, se lo homogenizo y se lo dejo en reposo durante 24 hs. Previo a su inyección en el HPLC, se filtro la alícuota del líquido por filtro para jeringa de nylon de 0,45 µm. Esta polución quedó lista para su valoración.

I just redid my answer as I noticed I had put too high a level of confidence then noticed the agree from Philgoddard which I thank him for.
