Spanish term or phrase: capsulado y encapsulado
Los equipos de dosificación (llenado de ampollas y viales, compresión, capsulado y encapsulado) y los equipos de acondicionado (bilsteado, estuchado) son de baja velocidad.

How do I differentiate between capsulado and encapsulado ??

Explanation:
Without more context and information on the product, it's impossible to be sure, but I'm guessing this is referring to the capping of the product i.e., placing an anodised aluminium seal aroung the product container as in the pictures in this reference: http://www.jaytee.com/vials_caps/hplc_gc_chromatography_vial...

Encapsulating refers to the product being filled in a capsules as in this reference: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Capsule_(pharmacy)

PS. My ideas are based on 11 years working in a pharmaceutical company.

neutral  Nigel Wheatley: I'm worried about the fact that these are both (capsulado & encapsulado) dosing operations, wheras capping doesn't seem to be a dosing operation to me. Could it be referring to 1-piece and 2-piece capsules?
