Science - Medical: Pharmaceuticals / Public Health
Spanish term or phrase: D.R.V.C.S.
GUATEMALA These are the initials at the bottom of a "recibido" stamp at the "Programa Nacional de Farmacovigilancia" at the "Ministerio de Salud Publica y Asistencia Social." The stamp reads "RECIBIDO, (date) Ventanilla de Autorizaciones Sanitarias, D.R.V.C.S., D.R.C.A."
The initials do not match those of any physicians shown in the correspondence, which is about child vaccinations.
Thanks in advance,

I don't know the country well, but maybe this could be a starting point... Maybe they don't write the G for "General".

Here you have an "organigrama" with DRCA (Departamento de Regulación, y Control de Alimentos):

I hope that can help.

Kind regards.
