Explanation:
at the beggining I got confused thinking it was a typo on the diagnosis since the medication mentioned is used to treat phobias, panic, and anxiety and the words were not separated. By looking at it twice it shoud say po bid which means orally twice a day

It must be a typo, it looks (according to treatment next to the word) that it ias a diagnosis of Phobia-...Fobia in Spanish
