Phrase is :

"xxx® crema asocia el efecto antiinflamatorio y de alivio del picor de la Betametasona con la acción antibactenana ##toca)## del Ácido fusidíco."

I have:
xxxx® cream combines the anti-inflammatory effect and relief from itching of Betamethasone with the antibacterial action of fusidic acid.

BUT 'toca'? ?? For a European PIL, is the standard translation 'topical'???
