It's referring to the cerebral ventricles. I need the term for "asta" for England. Horn? Process? Other?

A veces no estoy segura de qué términos serán mejor comprendidos en Gran Bretaña.... you know, elevator-> lift, vacation-> holiday, cookie-> buiscuit, gallbladder-> gall bladder, and so on... :-))
