This is on a bad, 4th-generation photocopy or fax, and something seems to be missing before the IRCA. Can anyone give a clue?

Esto es post-KudoZ, pero....


Explanation:
"IRCA" en este caso que se refiere a sobrecarga de fluidos/volumen podría también corresponder a Insuficiencia Renal Crónica Agudizada.

Los fluidos administrados al paciente no pudieron ser excretados a velocidad suficiente x el riñón.

Quizá el resto del texto ayude a decidir entre insuf. respiratoria y renal... :-)
