Would this be "NO FREE ABDOMINAL LIQUID?" or is this referring to bile?

Quien reporta la ecografía no puede determinar las características organolépticas ni químicas de los líquidos observados, por eso, aunque sospeche que el líquido sea bilis, lo reporta como "líquido" --> fluid.

(Y aunque sospeche -o sepa- que la vesícula biliar fue extirpada quirúrgicamente, la reporta como "ausente ecográficamente", en tu otra pregunta de hoy).
