Campos pulmonares ventilados con sibiliancias polifóficas de predominio espiratorio difusas en ambos campos pulmonarres, se acompañan de RONCUS bilaterales.

I appreciate any help, I am away from my dictionaries right now can't find an Eng. equivalent for this word.
