pharmaceutical form Explanation: colgarse de un registro (in the sense in which you explain it): to present the drug as a derived form (of a previously-registered product, presumably by referring to the registration of the product). |

size Explanation: "Presentación" is a reference to the size, volume or weight of a given product form. Thus "presentación de 7 onzas" is a 7-oz. bottle. "Colgarse de un registro", without any more information, as mentioned by you, I would simply put it as "taking advantage of a previous registration". |

"How Supplied" is the heading under which the PDR lists... Explanation: ... the different forms in which a drug is available. (as you probably know, the PDR is the "bible" of pharmaceutical products here in the US).I also agree with the previous answer, "pharmaceutical form"; it depends on your context. "Colgarse de un registro": if your framework is the FDA (for the US, all ddrugs need to be approved/registered there), then the drug "colgada" is a generic drug product that is comparable to an innovator drug product. In other words, the generic drug has demonstrated "therapeutic equivalence" with the drug initially apporved. You may want to check out the link below. presentation Explanation: Presentation: Capsules of 350 mg FROM http://www.google.com/search?q=cache:www.chaski.com/cp/induq... If you gave the entire sentence, the 2nd would be easier, for non-pharms at least. |
