the root and affixes of all these words have exact cognates in english but restrictions on derivational morphology prevent such tounge-twister in english. even in scientific literature, which allows more compositionality, one will probably not see "biohistoembryology". The fields are related, and in medical schools, departments that deal with embryology are frequently called "dept of Histology and Embryology" or something like that. A web search will show that there is slight variation in course titles. I've seen the one given above, as well as Histo/Embryology and Histology-Embryology.
