At the end of a medical report just before the doctor's signature it says

Eco-ergo Fdo Dr J Garcia.

I've never come across it before.

"Eco" stands for "ecografia", I suppose, which is "ultrasonic scan", and "ergo" I suppose refers to "ergometry". The signed Dr. Garcia I think is a specialist in the above.
